We retain solicitation emails for two years, after which they are securely archived and retained for five years and afterwards being deleted. CRM records are kept for three years from the last contact with you. The printed e-mails are kept in the commercial file of the completed collaboration until the expiration of the legal archiving requirement or in the case of a dispute until the completion of the court actions in case this document is constituted as evidence in the respective file.
